WLA is proud to host the 2024 WELS Middle School Honors Band, which is comprised of students who participate in our area Lutheran high schools’ grade school bands. These various students will join together under the direction of our guest clinician, Dr. Devin Otto, the UW-Oshkosh Director of Bands and Instructor of Tuba/Euphonium.

The concert is free to all who wish to attend at 6:30 PM in the gym, thanks to the sponsorship of Heid Music and a freewill offering. Additionally, the concert will be livestreamed on the “WLATV” YouTube channel.

Participating Grade School Bands Are From: FVL, Illinois Lutheran, KML, Lakeside, Luther, Manitowoc Lutheran, Northland Lutheran, Shoreland Lutheran, St. John’s (Lannon), St. Matthews (Oconomowoc), WLA, and WLHS (“Wisco”).
